Admission Procedure

ICAN Registration

Students are required to get registered in ICAN in the course of prescribed time frame. S/he shall fill up the ICAN’s online registration form and shall pay certain registration fees as prescribed by ICAN with the required documents mentioned in the bullets below. The whole registration procedure can be carried out by the students with full assistance of us, TEAMS CA.

Teams’ Registration

Students are required to fill up an admission form which includes their personal details, academic qualification and contacts. S/he shall make payments for their admission fee and the first installment of their tuition fees as prescribed by TEAMS CA.

Required Documents

For +2 board exams appeared students

  1. 2 passport sized photos,
  2. A photocopy of citizenship card (front and back),
  3. A photocopy of grade-sheet of class 10 (SEE),
  4. A photocopy of character certificate of class 10,
  5. A photocopy of transcript of class 11,
  6. A photocopy of admit card of NEB’s grade 12 board examination,
  7. A signature sample.

For +2 passed students

  1. 2 passport sized photos,
  2. A photocopy of citizenship card (front and back),
  3. A photocopy of grade-sheet of class 10 (SEE),
  4. A photocopy of character certificate of class 10,
  5. A photocopy of transcript of class 12,
  6. A photocopy of character certificate of class 12,
  7. A signature sample.

Who can enroll?

+2 result awaiting students from any stream (Management, Science, Hotel Management, Arts etc.) can join Chartered Accountancy course. Teams CA provides a special guidance to the non-management students. Around 50% of the CAs in Nepal are from non-management background.

When to Enroll?

Students waiting for their +2 result can join Chartered Accountancy course, immediately after the completion of their +2 examination. A student can save invaluable 6 months of time by directly joining CA just after appearing the +2 board examination. It is not necessary to get passed in +2 examination for provisional registration in CA. The students waiting for results can join Chartered Accountancy course. They can get provisional registration and have to forward the proof of passing +2 to the board (ICAN) later, within the prescribed time frame.
However, a student can also enroll after the +2 result is published. Minimum GPA shall be 2.40.
